From exquisite pralines in the Saarland exclusive distribution of the oldest chocolate manufacturer from Berlin, Sawade, to game specialties from the Eifel to jams and other gourmet products from Saarfein.
Classics since opening:
Wafer rolls "Three hazelnuts for Cinderella", named after the cult fairy tale film of the same name, from the traditional Thuringian brand Rotstein.
Always a large selection of international beers and constantly changing dishes, prepared in our own galley with ingredients from local suppliers. All of this makes up Uncle Tom's cabin. Owner Thomas M. Stutz is very proud of this.
